Where is Paper Ruby located?

We are proudly based out of St. Louis, Missouri in the US.

How are your pieces made?

Everything at Paper Ruby is done in-house: designing, prototyping, cutting, assembly, packaging, and all of the other steps involved are all done in our home studio.

Who works on Paper Ruby?

Paper Ruby is mainly the work of Erin, the owner and designer. On occasion, your order may be packed and shipped by Tom, Erin's husband!

Stockists

Do you have any stockists?

Yes! In the UK, you can find our work at Wednesday Jones.

We are currently looking for an AUS stockist as well. If you have a favorite, drop us a line!

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide (except to the UK). We're working on ways to improve and streamline this process!

How long will it take my order to ship?

At this time, all of our pieces are ready to ship before launch, and all orders will be posted within 5 business days of ordering.

Release Information

How many collections will you release each year?

We try to release 6 larger collections each year with minis and seasonal pieces in between.

Are Paper Ruby pieces limited?

Yes. At this time each piece created will be limited to a number between 5 and 20. As a mostly one-gal shop, keeping numbers small will allow us to give each piece the loving attention it deserves!
